All care is given when jewellery/items are packed so that it arrives safe and secure to you. All items are sent in padded bags. If you choose not to register or insure your package, please note that we take no responsibility for loss or damage.
Australian Buyers...
Registered post is highly recommended. Please note that a signature is required on delivery.
International Buyers...
Registered post is highly recommended. Please note that a signature is required on delivery, and delivery may take 1 to 3 weeks.
Returns...
Due to health regulations we are unable to except returns on earrings, toerings, bloomers and womens hygiene products unless faulty.
No returns excepted for change of mind. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving product to discuss returns if items are faulty, broken or damaged.
Items must be returned in the same condition as when sent, with tags intact and in unworn condition, or no refund will be given.
Returns are refunded less the cost of postage, or if preferred, you may receive a credit for future purchases.
Refunds/credits are only made when the goods have been returned.
All goods returned postage will be at buyers cost.
